The Provider’s headquarters are located in Sofia, Boulevard Aleksander Stamboliyski 55, 4th Floor, PC 1000.
The Provider and its licensors reserve all their rights in it. The present or future content of this website is owned and operated by the Provider and fully protected by the Bulgarian and international law, against any kind of unauthorized use, copying or dissemination of copyrights. Anyone who access this website, uses its services or supplies personal data to it, will be considered as “user” and will have to observe and comply with the following terms, as well as with any applicable legal provision.

In such cases you are responsible to fully compensate the Provider, plus your responsibility according to Civil and Criminal Law.
You are not allowed to use the content of the site in order to create or construct or complete a database of any kind and it is prohibited to you to attempt to interfere or interfere with or disrupt by any mean the proper working of the website, or any server or network, which may be connected to this site. The Provider does not guarantee to you that the exact same or even similar personal or technical questions included in this website, will be asked during your own interview. The Provider has no responsibility for your exam or interview failure, any damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by any person using the information, and generally, content of the site, including but not limited to direct, indirect , consequent or punitive damages and makes no representation of any kind of warranties thereof, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.
All information, material etc. you submit to the website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, so that the Provider can further use it especially in order to improve, to provide and to promote the site.
The Provider does not warranty that the use of the website and its services complies with all the different laws worldwide and that the website and its content is appropriate for use in all locations worldwide, for any or for all purposes. You use the service on your own initiative and you are solely responsible for using the website in full compliance with every applicable law in your particular location. You, therefore, recognize that it constitutes valuable intellectual property of the Provider and you agree to act protecting the proprietary rights, and complying with these terms and conditions and intellectual property legislation. Except if specifically permitted, you may not use the intellectual property of the Provider for any purpose, without the Provider’s prion written consent. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, transmission, publication, exploitation, distribution, commercialization of the contain and the website, copy, transmission, transfer, display, exhibition, modification, performance, downloading, uploading to, sale or in any other way exploitation of the website or its content, will be considered as a serious breach of the author’s and Provider’s intellectual property rights. Moreover, you may not carry out other activity that could be in breach of the intellectual property rights of the Provider, or other users of the same website, you may not supply, sell or exploit material or copy material and information of the website or download its database by any possible mean or way.
3. Fees and Payments – Registration
The Provider offers its service for a fee, quoted in Euro (VAT included). Subscriptions are paid in advance – by the registration. The right to withdraw from your purchase is valid for 14 days. As per EU law, this right expires when the user starts to consume the service. Therefore, by using our service within the 14 day cancellation period (from the date of registration) you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to cancellation (i.e. refund).
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically. In case you subscribe under an introductory offer, if you select to renew at the end of it, you will be charged for the full price. The Provider reserves the right to change the fees at any time, at its sole discretion. Such change will be effective right upon posting it on the website. Note that your subscription will not renew automatically but you can opt to renew it from the “My Account” section of our website.
In order to use the website and to obtain access to it, you have to register and create a personal account, for which you will have to give all the required true, accurate and updated information about you, selecting a username and password. You may not select a username used by another person or in which another person has prior rights, create an account for a third person, without its prion written permission or use a username, that the Provider, at its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for the site and rejects. Though, the decision for providing the necessary information is purely voluntary and optional. The Provider is not responsible for not updating your data, in case you don’t comply with your obligation to accurate and inform about changes that affect your personal data. The Provider reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, and you also have the right to terminate your account at any time through your account management page. Termination will be confirmed, your account will be deactivated and the content you collected will be deleted. If you terminate your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you accept that you will not receive any refund for the period of time you did not use the website.
The Provider reserves the right to deny registration if it’s impossible to verify the authenticity of the given information by you. You are the sole responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your password and for the safety and usage of your account, which is strictly personal, and you are therefore, not allowed to transmit, transfer, download, sell, or assign your rights to your account to any third person, by authorizing it to use your username and password instead of you. In case of selling, giving or transferring your computer to a third person, you have to make sure that you’ll have previously deleted all cookies, software, contain, data and software files obtained by using this website. In any case, the Provider has the right to terminate and revoke your subscription in case of copyright violation, improper use of the website, sharing your subscription with any other person, entering personal data that shall not be registered according to the privacy policy of the website, or any other use that could cause technical or damages of other kind to the website.
